I agree Sue. For me, Napa Valley is the best place in US to grow grapes. Its area is so big that's why there are more than 400 wineries there. Its great to visit the place and taste the wine from the best wineries of California. Hope to hear more articles from you from this Haven.

I am glad you are including the use of wine as part of your fund-raiser. Wines at fund-raisers have proved quite successful in recent months.

Because we do not deal with wine, we are not in position to offer any, and because I do not know where St. Charles is, I can’t offer any substantive help with a contact — other than to suggest finding an area winery — via the Internet or by phone — and touching base with its staff. Most winery owners are very generous to charities, especially local ones.

I am a volunteer with St Vincent de Paul. We are having our annual fund raiser this June 14th at St Charles. I wonder if there is anyone within your group that would be willing to donate 2-3 bottles of wine! Thanks, Ole! I’ve checked out Fortnum and Mason, Sainsburys, Waitrose and Wholefoods. I was disappointed that Wholefoods had a total of 4 English wines!
