Not long ago we listened to Jim Butler tell us what was happening in his vineyards during the summer months. Now at Butler Winery and Vineyards the grapes are ripening and the harvest is in sight. This is the most dramatic part of the wine producing season. It’s the time the wine takes the name of the harvest year and by which it will be remembered.
