Palate Press, the Online Wine Magazine, is one of the newest and certainly one of the most comprehensive wine and food journals to hit the Net. Founder and publisher David Honig has recruited editors and writers from around the world to provide a global look at what’s going on with wine and food wherever they are produced and consumed. Some readers will remember David from his informative and often curious reports on what happens to specific bottlers of wine after they’ve been opened a couple of days.
