Ever notice that some retail wine stores have special areas that are glassed off from the rest of the store? Sometimes it’s an entire room, other times it’s a special cabinet, occasionally referred to as a “Treasury” or a “Treasure Room.”

These areas are always temperature controlled and contain some very special bottles. And they are always very attractive to look at.
