Have you ever wanted to be a wine judge? Wouldn’t it be fun? Well, yes and no. Do you have to be an expert? Well, yes and no. If you’re seeking only those wines which taste good to you, it’s not so difficult. Or is it? Can you really tell when something tastes good – or better than something else? Can you explain why it tastes good? Try to imagine what it must be like to sample some 138 wines in half-a-day and identify those worthy of gold, silver, or bronze medals.
